1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging EliteTech for aiwaPRM services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreement signed between your organization and EliteTech.

2. Intellectual Property

The aiwaPRM software, source code, design, branding, workflow concepts, and website content are the property of EliteTech or its licensors. Client usage rights are defined by the applicable proposal, contract, or service agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

Clients must use aiwaPRM for lawful affiliate, partner, referral, reseller, commission, and channel management purposes. The platform must not be used for deceptive marketing, unauthorized payouts, fraud, spam, or unlawful partner activity.

4. Enterprise Engagement

aiwaPRM is scoped around client requirements. Features, hosting, support levels, implementation timelines, integrations, partner portals, and deliverables are governed by the agreed commercial documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

EliteTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where expressly stated in a signed agreement. Partner recruitment, payout approvals, tax handling, and commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the client organization.
