Our commitment to securing partner program and affiliate management information processed through aiwaPRM.
1. Your Data Ownership
You own your data. EliteTech provides the aiwaPRM software infrastructure. Your partner lists, referral records, sales attribution, commission rules, marketing assets, and payout history remain your organization's data.
2. Infrastructure Security
aiwaPRM deployments are designed with encrypted transport, controlled access, role-based permissions, secure hosting options, and administrative controls appropriate for corporate partner ecosystems.
3. Backups and Availability
Where EliteTech provides hosting, backup and recovery practices are defined in the agreed service arrangement. On-premise or client-hosted deployments follow the agreed technical responsibility matrix.
4. Employee Access
EliteTech personnel do not require default access to client commercial records. Access is limited to authorized support, implementation, migration, or maintenance activities approved by the client.
5. Data Portability
Upon contract termination or migration, data export and retention will be handled according to the signed agreement and applicable legal requirements.
